1.1 Indicative Pricing Only: Pricing shown on this website is provided as a guide only. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after assessment of the specific vehicle or project.

1.2 Scope of Work: Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of enquiry.
Additional modifications, undocumented changes, or non-compliant components identified during inspection may require further assessment and may incur additional fees.

1.3 No Guarantee of Certification: An inspection, assessment, or pre-assessment does not guarantee that a vehicle will be approved or issued with a VASS certificate.
Certification is subject to compliance with all applicable standards, regulations, and engineering requirements.

1.4 Client Responsibilities: The vehicle owner is responsible for ensuring that all modifications are completed to an acceptable standard prior to inspection.
Rectification of workmanship, component issues, or incomplete modifications is not included unless explicitly agreed in writing.

1.5 Testing & External Costs: Where testing is required (including but not limited to brake testing, lane change testing, or emissions testing), fees charged by third-party facilities are additional and are not included unless stated in writing.

1.6 Re-inspections & Revisions: Re-inspections, revised documentation, additional site visits, or reassessment required due to changes or rectification work are charged separately.

1.7 Engineering Advice: Engineering advice, reviews, and pre-assessments are professional services and may be chargeable whether or not a project proceeds to certification.

1.8 Timeframes: Indicative timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on workload, client responsiveness, and third-party testing availability.
