From Concept to Verified Design
The engine mounting bracket shown here was developed as a 3D CAD model and subjected to structural simulation to assess stress distribution, deformation and the behaviour of the component under applied loading.
FEA allows potential areas of high stress or excessive deflection to be identified during the design process, enabling the component to be refined before manufacture.
This approach provides more than a component that simply fits — it provides an engineered design developed with its intended loads, materials, mounting arrangement and application in mind.
